As a virtual enterprise, we do not employ anyone directly ourselves. We work with Business Partners and our Associates. We also subcontract out specialist work and join forces with free-lancers and other small companies for specific projects. Listed below are opportunities for working with us.

Consulting Assignments

Our typical consulting assignment deploys a team of 3-6 people over a period from 1-4 months. In the first instance we look to our existing business partners and associate network to resoruce such projects. However, we sometimes have need for specilaist skills. If you are independent, free-lance and would like to be considered for work on such projects, please email us with the following information:

• Basic details - name, coordinates (email, phone), education, current position
• Availability e.g. full-time, 2-3 days month etc.
• Your ideal project, work activity
• Your five key skills and knowledge/experience areas
• Examples of 3-5 relevant projects or accomplishments

This information should be embedded into your email (not as a separate attachment). Each item should take no more than a few lines e.g. 1-2 sentences per project (see the list of some of our projects. We will file your information on our system (see our privacy policy on how we protect your personal data), and contact you if we see a relevant opportunity that matches your skills and desires.

Analysis and Writing

We are always looking for contributions to our newsletter (I3 UPDATE) and our product portfolio, e.g. Knowledge Briefings. Although we sometimes pay for commissioned items, we generally operate on a shared revenue basis. This type of work suits students or individuals who are knowledgable on a key knowledge management topic and perhaps suddenly find themselves with a few days free time to articulate their thoughts.
