This update is a prelimary update, one year after publication. A fuller update will be added shortly.

No Change!

We have yet to check out the hyperlinks of the examples, but the 10Ps of Internet Marketing as are essential as ever. Originally there were seven, but after the first year of workshops and other consutlancy work, they were increased to 10 as the book was being written. Readers have the found the template (pages 274-8) useful, not just for anlayzing competitors (it's original aim) but for their own website! For those who do not have the book, this template is part of the Knowledge Briefing The 10Ps of Internet Marketing.
