Add items to your shopping basket by clicking on the relevant buttons above or at the end of the item descriptions. At any time you can go to the Shopping Basket where you can adjust your purchases, select your payment method. If you wish to pay by cheque or electronic transfer, you can print out a summary of your order and mail or fax us. Cheques and electronic transfer must be made out in UK Sterling using the UK£ prices shown. If you wish to pay by credit or debit card, you can select US$, UK£ or Euros as the payment currency (if your card account is in another currency your card issuer will convert the price from your chosen currency in your monthly statement). Your card will validation checking and authorization (or refusal) happens within seconds, through payment services provided by World Pay. If your transaction was successful, you will receive an order acknowledge from our shop and a digital receipt of your credit card transaction from WorldPay. Knowledge Briefings, K-guides and tools will be emailed to the email address you specify automatically. Hard-copy items will be dispatched by first class or air mail post for books, and express mail or courier for reports. We want to make your online shopping experience pleasant and rewarding. Therefore to avoid any confusion, please make sure you have checked the description of your purchases and have read our trading terms and conditions. If you have any special requirements (e.g. quantity discounts), or if goods have not arrived within a reasonable time (usually 3-5 days or as otherwise confirmed on our acknowledgement), then please do not hesitate to contact us.
